Only funny answers were recovered like:
ADG (PHIL.) sir  told me that department  had printed this in such a way that when you have the look on fdc from front in light it will be shown in straight position.when i told him that it is not possible to see the maps printed on backside from front even in flood lights, they answered that this was the design of  the LOGO so we printed..when i told them that i am not discussing about logo, i am concerned with the maps printed on the back of cover in mirror position, they guide me to contact the person who is liable for approval of the fdc and disconnected the phone.
